To require that all persons engaged in the manufacture, import otc., of morphine, cocaine and their respective selts, shall

bo furnished with a licenco or permit to engage in these operations,

or shall make to the competent authorities an official declaration

that they pro so ongepot.

To require that anch persons shell onter in their books

the quantities manufactured, distributed, sold or exported of

morphine, cocaine and their respective selts.

To ensure by means of inspections that the provisions lai dan in paragraphs (b) and (c) above are carricâ out.

the E... undertake to require that all persons (other

then manufacturere) who import, sell, distribute or export morphine,

coccine and their respective salts shall be furnished with a

licence or permit to ongege in these operations. Such person s

shall enter in their books all in opts, sales, transfers and

exports of morphine, coscine and their respective salts.

The substances referred to inrticle 11 of the Convention

of 1912, with the addition or raw opium, may not be transferred

from place to pleco, imported or exporto, no matter which my be the weight of the consignmont, unless the envelopes or receptacles

in which they are contained are marked with a description of the

product, the amount, and the names and addresses of the consignors

and consignees.
